Safe & Responsible Gaming
— On Your Terms
At 7e778, we believe entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it stays fully in your control. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to help you have a healthy and enjoyable experience.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why It Matters
Online casino and sports betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it is important to stay within limits. 7e778 always wants every member to have a healthy experience. Responsible gaming means enjoying games while keeping full control over your time, money, and mind.
Gaming is healthy when it is purely for fun — not to ease financial pressure or escape emotional distress. 7e778 provides a range of practical tools and resources to help you understand and respect those boundaries.
Core Principles of Healthy Gaming
7e778 Protection Tools
We believe the player's ability to stay in control is the greatest protection of all. That is why 7e778 offers several practical tools.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period — reducing it is instant.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the time is up, you will receive a warning and, if needed, the session will end automatically.
Time-Out Feature
Need a few days away? Use the time-out feature to suspend your account temporarily, from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion tool to close your account for a minimum of 3 months or permanently. This decision is carried out with full respect.
Reality Check Reminder
At set intervals, a pop-up message will tell you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in that session.
24/7 Support Team
Reach us anytime via live chat or email. The support team responds in both Bengali and English, and handles responsible gaming matters with complete confidentiality.
