These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 7e778 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms are written in Bengali and apply in the context of Bangladesh. The Bengali version shall be considered final in the event of any dispute over interpretation.

3.2 If Verification Is Delayed

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• If any bonus fraud or misuse is proven, the bonus and all associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

7e778's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. VIP tiers are earned based on consistent play and loyalty to the platform.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on 7e778.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical issue is detected in any game result, the affected round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting

The following terms apply to the sports betting section (particularly for international cricket including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL):

• Only bets placed before the match starts are valid.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found, the relevant bets may be cancelled.
• In live betting, odds may change until a bet is accepted.

6.3 Technical Errors

We reserve the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. If a disconnection causes an interruption mid-game, the game will automatically revert to its previous state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7e778 platform:

• Operating Multiple Accounts: One person holding more than one account is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Repeatedly opening accounts to claim bonuses or strategically attempting to meet bonus requirements.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimize illegal funds under the cover of gambling.
• Fraud: Use of a false identity, payment information, or any kind of deceptive activity.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automation software to influence game results.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing someone else's account or playing on their behalf.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits from an account not registered in your own name.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

7e778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

8.2 At the Member's Own Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.
